Green Friends is an ecological company that is engaged in the year-round production of healthy foods. The range is adorned with a wide range of fresh herbs in jars, micro greens of various flavors and colors, edible flowers of unforgettable aroma and taste and a line of mustard delicacies of preserved values that are unique in our area.
All their products are grown according to ecological principles with a proven and quality origin of their included raw materials and ingredients. The guarantee of good tastes is their way of working and production, and the guarantee of production is our way of life – living in harmony with nature and all aspects that surround it!
The production is located between green forests, surrounded by rich fields and fresh air in the municipality of Rakovec, not far from Sv. Helena or Vrbovec. The plants are grown in green boats (greenhouses) which are technologically at the top of greenhouse production.
For example, Green Friends uses only rainwater, which is stored in a lagoon near the greenhouse. It is collected again after use, filtered and reused in plant irrigation. They have thus created a circular system and save and preserve large amounts of precious water found in wells or other natural spring.
