Malvazija Coronica 0.75L

Malvazija is obtained by vinification on yeasts until spring, and then it is bottled. A small amount of Malvasia is vinified in barrique barrels, which achieves very interesting results. Careful processing of the must by cold maceration gives this wine an irreplaceable feeling of full flavor.

Its scent of flowers and resin, the bouquet of the Mediterranean atmosphere make this wine an ideal partner for dishes based on fish and seafood, but served at a slightly higher temperature, it goes well with white meat and dishes based on white truffle.
