Online orders are fully automated. Clients choose among our items, add them to cart. Upon that proceed to the checkout process and fill the required personal information needed to ensure problem free delivery of products ordered. Upon writing delivery information clients are redirected to a payment gateway provided by our online payment processing partner Corvuspay and asked to write down credit card details in order for the order to be charged and confirmed. Upon charging clients receive a confirmation of their order. At the time of delivery clients will be given the final invoice for their purchase. Orders via artisan catalogue require clients to fulfill & send the order through the received PDF interactive catalogue. Upoon receiving the clients order they will receive an offer with selected items and their prices in Croatian Kuna as well as the counter value in European Euro according to the exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. If the order is confirmed the clients must finish his ordering process by wire transferring the stated amount and provide proof of payment.
Whatever method of ordering the client conducts he will recieve his order confirmation via email with all neccessary details of the order such as: products, quantity, price, cost of delivery, time and place of delivery. It is important to check all the ordering details to avoid potential errors.
COSTS AND OTHER TERMS OF DELIVERY
There are no delivery charges for packages.
Delivery is calculated for all APA users and individual (custom) orders.
There is a requirement of a minimal order of 550,00 EURO.
The latest time a client can order products listed on www.artisan-hrana.hr or artisan pro catalogue is 7 days prior to the start of sailing vacation, day of delivery.
This document explicitly states the marinas where delivery can be made. Any other location is not considered to be in scope of products and services of Artisan Hrana d.o.o.
